I graduated at Humboldt-University Berlin and got a university grant from 1988 to 1990 at the clinic for obstetrics and reproductive disorders. Up to 2006 I had been working as an assistent Professor at Veterinary faculty of Free University Berlin in the field of reproduction.

Since 2006 I’ve been working in a Veterinary clinic, specialised in reproduction (Small animal reproduction and neonatology, embryotransfer), since 2011 additionally as an governmental veterinarian in the Animal welfare in our regional district.
